A landscape shaped by its purpose.

Albion Meadows brings 16 independent-living apartments to Hanley Swan, beside the developer’s established care home. The parking needed to serve residents and visitors while fitting the landscaped, rural setting.

Create stable gravel parking for residents and visitors, with clearly defined bays and neat edges that sit comfortably alongside the landscaped grounds.

The CORE solution

Selected around the site—not just the surface.

White CORE DRIVE grids retain the gravel, with aluminium edging and parking markers defining the boundaries and bays.

CORE supplied 1,180m² of white CORE DRIVE 40-30 and 40-40 gravel grids through MKM. The cellular grids contain the aggregate, helping reduce movement under tyres and feet while retaining a natural gravel finish.

The package also included 620 linear metres of CORE PRO EDGE and 400 white parking markers to define edges and bays. Developer: Albion Lodge Ltd.
