Modular steel lengths are joined from behind, pinned to the required line and adjusted at the connection. The profile then acts as the controlled interface between compatible landscape materials.

CORE DATUM EDGE is a landscape edge restraint, not a structural retaining wall or vehicle barrier.
Fixing, compaction, curve, exposed height and adjoining materials must be coordinated for the project.
Cut ends, movement and finish treatment must follow current guidance for the selected material.

Build it in the right sequence.

Prepare and compact the receiving layer and set the line and level.

Position the lengths and drive pins through the welded tubes.
- 03
Use pins and the profile to form the approved curve without kinking.

Micro-adjust the top level using DatumLock and lock the grub screws.
- 05
Connect from behind, then place and compact adjoining materials in the coordinated sequence.

The DatumLock™ connection allows fine level adjustment at the pins before the edging is locked in position, helping contractors establish a consistent line and top level.
Can CORE DATUM EDGE form curves?
It can follow sweeping geometry, but the achievable radius, exposed height, material finish and fixing arrangement should be confirmed for the project.
Is CORE DATUM EDGE a retaining wall?
No. It controls compatible landscape interfaces and levels. Structural retaining conditions require an independently designed retaining solution.
