Can the car park use gravel or grass?
Yes. CORE COMMERCIAL or CORE DRIVE can support a gravel finish, while CORE GRASS supports a reinforced grass finish. Traffic, accessibility and maintenance affect the choice.
Does a permeable parking surface include drainage design?
No. The surface allows water into the construction, but the sub-base, storage, infiltration or discharge route, overflow and maintenance still need to be designed.
What ground information is needed for a car park?
Send the formation information, traffic, levels, preferred finish and drainage strategy. These inputs influence the sub-base, any reinforcement and the surface product.
