Essential local storage
We use a small item called core-civils-analytics-consent-v1 to remember whether this browser allowed or declined analytics. This prevents the choice from being requested on every page.
If you begin the project form, core-civils-project-draft-v1 stores the draft on this device for up to seven days. It is removed after a successful submission. This helps prevent information being lost during a long technical enquiry.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga. They help us understand page visits, useful routes and successful enquiries. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in our setup.
We send event names and page paths only. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project locations, uploaded filenames, project references and free-text answers are excluded.
HubSpot and project enquiries
The project form can pass a submitted lead to HubSpot from our server. That connection does not require HubSpot visitor-tracking cookies, and we do not load the HubSpot tracking script for this purpose.
Change or clear your choice
lets you allow or decline optional analytics again. Selecting “Essential only” stops further analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies that this site can access. You can also clear site data through your browser settings.
