Who is responsible

Information we collect
When you start a project, apply for a trade account or contact the team, we may collect your name, work contact details, company, role, business or project location, purchasing requirements, project requirements and any plans, reports or photographs you choose to upload. We also keep the source page and campaign information attached to the enquiry so the team can understand how it reached us.
Basic technical logs may be created to operate and protect the website. If you actively allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also receives limited information about page visits and website interactions. We do not send your project-form answers, contact details, filenames or project reference to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and review the project information you have supplied.
- To recommend an appropriate next step, product route or technical conversation.
- To maintain project, service and commercial records where needed.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To measure website use where you have chosen to allow analytics.
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in providing and improving our services, legal obligations, or your consent. Analytics storage is not activated unless you choose it.
Project forms, trade applications and HubSpot
A submitted project enquiry or trade-account application is stored in CORE’s website systems first. Contact details and a concise project or purchasing summary may then be passed securely to HubSpot CRM so the technical and commercial team can manage the enquiry and follow-up. Uploaded project files remain in the secure project store and are not transferred through the HubSpot form connection.
The checkbox on either form allows us to review and respond to that specific enquiry or application. It is not consent to receive unrelated marketing.
Sharing and storage
We only share information with people and service providers who need it to operate the website, store project information, manage enquiries, provide professional services or meet a legal requirement. This can include website infrastructure providers, HubSpot and, where analytics is allowed, Google Analytics.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use the contractual and legal safeguards available for the relevant service. We keep records only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, contractual, operational or legal purpose.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict some uses, or withdraw a consent you have given. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exceptions.
