Steel lengths connect to form a continuous line and are secured through the project-specific ground fixing arrangement. The heavier profile provides added stiffness while retaining the ability to form suitable curves.
Choose CORE EDGE HD where standard flexible steel edging is not the preferred profile, but the project does not require the level-adjustment system of CORE DATUM EDGE or an aluminium edge.

Establish line, radius and level and identify soft-ground support requirements.

Connect sections and lock the tabs before driving.

Drive through a timber block; do not strike the finished top edge directly.

Cut and protect exposed steel in accordance with the chosen finish.

Provide additional pins or support and sequence heavy compaction so the edge is not deformed.

Is CORE EDGE HD the same as CORE DATUM EDGE?
No. CORE EDGE HD is the heavier version of the flexible, ground-fixed CORE EDGE format. CORE DATUM EDGE is a separate adjustable system designed to establish precise lines and levels through its rear connection and DatumLock™ arrangement.
What is CORE EDGE HD XL?
It is the long-length format within the CORE EDGE HD range, intended to reduce joins and improve efficiency on extended landscape runs.
Can CORE EDGE HD retain raised ground?
Only within the verified landscape-edge scope. Significant retained height or structural loading requires a separately designed retaining solution.
